1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WeddingCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you do not have permission to use our services.
2. Description of Service
WeddingCraft provides a platform for creating and hosting digital wedding invitations and RSVP management systems. Our services include website templates, hosting, and data collection tools for wedding events.
3. User Content & Responsibilities
Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including names, dates, and venue details.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of your wedding website.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed via Razorpay. Due to the personalised nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been placed and the website creation process has started.
5. Revisions Policy
Revisions are limited based on your selected plan (Essential: 1 revision, Premium: 3 revisions). A "revision" constitutes a single set of requested changes to images or text. Please note that names and wedding dates cannot be changed once the invitation is live.
6. Hosting & Data
Your website will be hosted for the duration specified in your plan (1 or 3 months). After this period, we reserve the right to take the website offline and delete associated data. It is your responsibility to download or save any RSVP data before the hosting period ends.
7. Limitation of Liability
WeddingCraft is not liable for any delays, errors, or technical issues that may occur during your wedding events. We provide our service on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
